Refund & Cancellations
Our policy regarding digital course purchases.
Thank you for enrolling in courses at Ravex Technologies. We want to ensure that you have a rewarding experience while you discover, assess, and purchase our courses.
1. Digital Goods Policy
Because our products are purely digital learning materials (videos, PDFs, code snippets), they are inherently irrevocable once consumed. Therefore, we issue refunds only under specific, strict conditions to protect our intellectual property.
2. Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible to request a full refund if you meet ALL of the following criteria:
- The refund request is submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- You have consumed/watched less than 20% of the course content.
- You have not downloaded any of the offline materials, source codes, or completion certificates associated with the course.
3. Refund Processing & Timelines
Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- The refund will be processed immediately from our end via our payment gateway (Razorpay).
- Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your original method of payment (Bank Account, Credit Card, or UPI).
- Your access to the course will be revoked instantly upon approval of the refund.
4. How to Request a Refund

5. Cancellation Policy
Since our courses provide lifetime access for a one-time fee, there are no recurring subscriptions to cancel. If you simply wish to delete your account and remove your data from our servers, you may request account deletion by emailing our support team.
